Lighting Busbar Trunking (25A)
E-Line KY-S Lighting Busbar Trunking Systems has been designed for buildings and industrial facilitieswhich have lighting and outlet circuits with diminutive electrical machinery and equipment that needs three phase and/or single phase energy requirements with 25A.
KY-S Lighting Busbar with its 10A – 16 A tap-off plugs and 32A tap-off boxes are being manufactured by fully automated machines that uses the latest technology in accordance with ISO 9001 and with its quality assurance system certification. Products have been designed in accordance with IEC 61439-6 and tested. Busbar housing are manufactured as pre-galvanized sheets, additionally if requested, it could be manufactured applying RAL 7038 colour.

E-Line KY-S
It is used to provide electrical current to single circuit lighting and emergency lighting circuits, for machines that requires low-power at factories, offices and parking garages.
For a single housing, it includes 2,3,4,5 and 6 conductors with the opportunity to be utilized in a single or three phase application.
E-Line KY-S Lighting Busbar DALI
It is used for provide electrical energy to single circuit DALI controlled automation circuits and lighting fixture.
For a single housing, it has 6 conductors with the oppurtunity to use as single and three phase.

KY-S Lighting Busbar Advantages and Features
- Copper conductor with a current rating of 25A
- On the inside of the busbar housing, there are a different number of conductor options of up to 6 conductors per side
- If requested, RAL 7038 electrostatic oven dried busbar housing on the galvanized sheet are available
- There are 3 output windows on one side of a standard 3 meter length busbar, as well as 4 output windows on one side of a 4 meter length busbar and 1 output window on one side of a 1 meter length busbar
- Slider type joint cap at joint points on the busbar can ease the montage process without the need of screws or any other hand tools.
- It is completely coated with non-flame propagating isolation material on tin-plated copper conductors
- Has a structure to minimize current resistance at joint points and bars overheating at contact points with its silver plated spring contacts.
- Tap-off plugs that has various colours depending on phases with a special lock mechanism
- Tap-off plugs and boxes are designed to prevent misuse and shock by electricity, utilizing different addressing structures
- Various colours have been utilized on tap-off plugs and boxes which is located on the cap, housing and cable entry point connectors, to make it clear to notice phase, function and features.
- It is compatible to use in all types of indoor ceilings, wall and colon applications with flexible turn modules and attachments
- It has CPE grounding option.
